Fees applying to all new tenancies from 1st June 2019

We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required:

1. the rent;
2. a security deposit with a maximum of 5 weeks rent, or 6 weeks on a property with rent over £50,000 per year;
3. a holding deposit of no more than one weeks's rent;
4. default fee for late payment of rent (after 14 days);
5. reasonable charges for lost keys or security fobs;
6. payments associated with contract variation, at £50 or reasonable costs incurred if higher, when requested by the tenant;
7. payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant; and
8. payments in respect of bills - utilities, communication services, TV licence, council tax and green deal or other energy efficiency charges.

Fees applying to all pre-existing tenancies entered before 1st June 2019

We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.

All quoted fees are non-refundable, all adults over the age of 18 will require referencing.

Referencing fee per adult is £156.00 Including vat

Guarantor referencing fee (if required) is £85.00 Including vat

Company referencing fee is £200.00 Including vat

The first month's rent and deposit is due in cleared funds prior to occupation of any rented property.

A deposit of one and a half times the agreed rent is taken on each rented property.

Additional pet deposits are payable on pet friendly properties with landlords consent, typically an additional one month's rent to the deposit.

Please note, no additional fees are payable for a renewal or extension of a tenancy agreement.

Any rent advertised is pure rent and does not include additional services such as council tax, water or utility charges unless stipulated otherwise.

Monthly management fee is between 12% - 18% Including vat

Let only set up fee - including marketing description and photographs, viewings, drawing up contracts and check in. £480.00 Including vat
