How will this help to protect you financially?
Whenever a business is placed in a position of trust, and by the nature of this profession handles money on behalf of clients, the risk will always exist for funds to be misappropriated.
The National Association of Estate Agents has recognised this and has establised a scheme which provided customers of subscribing firms, of which we are one, with the assurance of our ability to look after your rental money.
What does the scheme provide?
The Scheme provides a limit of indemnity of £50,000 per firm, with an inner limit of £10,000 per individual claimant should a loss occur resulting from the Fraudulent or Dishonest Act(s) by us.
Better protection for customers
The nature of our business means that we will hold money on behalf of tenants and landlords.
Because of the position of trust this places us in, it is this firm's philosophy to purchase additional protection for our customers whenever it is available, providing increased confidence rather than any future expectation of a claim.
